Access

Your pages and accounts — set up the right way.

We never ask for your passwords. Everything is done by adding BlackBug as an admin or partner on your accounts — you stay the owner, always.

Can you add us as a Page admin?

The listing that shows on Google Maps when people search for you.

If you have a website or own a domain name. Blank is fine.

Where do clients book (DM, walk-in, call?), and where is the appointment written down (notebook, phone calendar, Excel)?

What you sell

Your menu is the chatbot's brain — the more complete, the better it sells.

Paste your full menu with prices. Rough format is fine — we'll clean it up. Or just upload a photo below.

Which add-ons or second services naturally go together? (e.g. brow lam + tint) — the chatbot will use these to recommend.

Any running promos, bundles, or loyalty deals — and how long they last.

How should the chatbot talk to clients?

Copy-paste 3–5 real replies you've sent to clients (price inquiry, booking, running late). This is how we teach the chatbot to sound like you.

Policies

If you don't have one yet, write "none yet" — we'll propose one.

Do you require a deposit to book? How much, and how is it paid (GCash?).

What happens when a client cancels late or doesn't show?

How late can a client move their appointment? Any limits?

The day-to-day, so alerts and schedules match reality.

Who works at Browcode and what they do (artists, front desk, etc.). First names are fine.

How many clients can be served at the same time?

Marketing & reporting

Fuel for the engine, and who sees the numbers.

Where do your existing photos/videos live (phone, Google Drive, the artist's phone)? We'll use these for content and ads.

Ad spend paid directly to Meta, separate from the retainer. The proposal assumes around ₱20k/month.

Other studios clients compare you to — helps our search and ads targeting.

Cities/areas your clients come from.

Names + emails of everyone who should receive the weekly/monthly reports (you, shareholders, partners).

How many days after an appointment should we ask the client for feedback/review? We suggest 2–3.
